John is a Business to Business coach who works with cross functional teams and sales leaders across Europe to pinpoint revenue performance opportunities and barriers to sustainable growth. He has worked in the UK, Germany, US, Canada, Ireland and South Africa selling and marketing high value B2B solutions.
John coaches and facilitates teams across IT, Professional Services, Media and Financial Services to identify and exploit hidden performance and potential. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, International MBA, Diploma in Executive Coaching & Higher Diploma in Marketing Practice. His passion and practical focus to the acceleration of growth has been recognized internationally.
John’s clients include several Fortune 1000 organisations, with five of his client ranked in the top 3 firms in their sectors globally. John is programme Director of Diploma in Sales Management at UCD Smurfit School. He is the co-author of three books on B2B revenue performance with a fourth on the way.
Ray is a co-founder of ASG Technologies Ltd and Director of Research. He is co-author of 3 books (shown below), with a 4th due out later this year. He lectures on industry led courses at NUIG, DIT and IMI/UCC in Ireland, as well as for organizations internationally (e.g. IBM University).
Ray has led the development of the scientific assessments, predictive analytics, bench-marking data and best practice library that underpins the Growth Pitstop™ and the Revenue Track™.
Ray graduated magna cum laude with a Master’s in Business Studies degree in 1991. In terms of his research credentials Ray began his career as a research and statistics lecturer and headed-up a successful university-related research company for many years prior to 2000.
As part of The ASG Group’s policy of sharing its research, Ray has published over 1000 articles and whitepapers that have been syndicated widely across the web. Ray holds Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business degrees.
